The Blissful Careers Free Healing Circle takes place monthly and include various energy healing techniques, meditations and visualization exercises. These practices are designed to help balance your body’s energy centers, reduce stress and promote relaxation.
Additionally I will provide an introduction to a powerful healing modality in each session, so that you can learn practical steps to continue your healing and path to wellness in your own time.
The healing circle will also provide a non-judgmental and confidential space for everyone to share their experiences and feelings, but there is not pressure to contribute to any discussion if you just want to listen in.
The Healing Circle is completely free and you can join with no strings attached.

- Create a comfortable and quiet space where you can sit or lie down comfortably.
- Make sure your phone is on silent and that you will not be disturbed during the session.
- Light some candles or incense to create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
- Have a blanket or shawl nearby to keep yourself warm and cozy.
- Have a glass of water nearby to stay hydrated during the session.
- Keep a notebook and pen handy to take notes or journal about your experience.
I also encourage you to set an intention for the session and to come with an open mind and heart.
