How the chakra quiz works
You answer 14 quick statements, two for each chakra, rating how true each feels from one to five. The quiz adds up your answers for every centre and highlights the lowest-scoring chakra as the one that needs your attention. You get a three-part practice for that centre: a Reiki hand position, a breath and movement, and an affirmation. The whole thing takes about two minutes, and nothing is stored.
