When is the letter delivered each month?
The digital letter goes out on the 1st of every month, straight to your inbox. The physical letter is mailed about 5 days before, so it can arrive close to the 1st. Exact arrival depends on your location and postal service.
Where do you ship the physical letter?
The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland and most of Europe. Letters are printed and posted locally in each region so they arrive quickly and cleanly.
Can I switch between digital and physical later?
Yes. You can upgrade or change at any time from your member account. Founding rate holders keep their rate as long as they stay subscribed.
How does the members-only meditation work?
You get access to a private podcast feed. Add the feed to your favourite podcast app once, and every new monthly meditation drops in automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
