There is a ceiling on sessions. You find it around month eight, when your calendar is full and your income stops moving unless you work weekends.
Everything on this page breaks that ceiling. You build the thing once and sell it many times. The work moves to the front, and after that the same hours earn more.
I know this route well. I started with sessions, moved my Reiki teaching online, and ended up with more than 15,000 students. The courses did not replace the healing. They removed the ceiling on it.
These are ideas 26 to 50 from my 100 spiritual business ideas. If you have not taken a client yet, start with the beginner ideas instead. This page assumes you already know your material and you have taught at least a few people.
All figures are US dollars unless noted.
What changes when you go digital
Three things get harder and one thing gets much better.
Harder: you need an audience before launch day. You need to finish something nobody has paid for yet. And you need to keep supporting students after the sale.
Better: your income stops being tied to your calendar. A $297 course with 40 sales is $11,880, and it takes the same hours whether 4 people buy or 400.
The honest version is that most first launches are small. Mine was. A launch of six students is not a failure, it is your first testimonials.
Certifications: train the next practitioners
The highest value thing you can sell is the ability to do what you do. Certification students stay for years, buy every level, and send you their own students.
26. Reiki Level 1 online course
A structured beginner certification with video modules, a manual and distance attunement. Reiki demand is global and online learning is now normal, so geography stopped being a limit years ago.
What it takes. Your curriculum written out, recorded video, and a platform to host it.
What to charge. $97 to $297. Free Level 1 as a list builder works too, and it is how I built most of my student base.
Income range. $2,000 to $20,000 a month, depending on audience size.
27. Reiki Level 2 course
Advanced symbols and practitioner training. This is the easiest sale you will ever make, because the people who want it already finished Level 1 with you and already trust you.
What it takes. Level 1 students who finished.
What to charge. $197 to $497.
Income range. $3,000 to $25,000 a month with an existing student base.
28. Reiki Master certification
Training practitioners to teach and attune others. Higher ticket, far deeper commitment on both sides. Run it in cohorts rather than letting people drift through alone, because the drop out rate on self paced master training is brutal.
What it takes. Real teaching experience and the authority that comes with it.
What to charge. $597 to $2,000.
Income range. $5,000 to $40,000 per launch.
29. Crystal healing certification
A structured course on crystal therapy. Crystals are visual, which makes them easy to market on every platform that favors images. That is most of them.
What it takes. A defined system rather than a pile of crystal facts.
What to charge. $197 to $597.
Income range. $2,000 to $15,000 a month.
30. Tarot reader certification
Teaching others to read professionally. There is an enormous group of hobby readers who want permission to charge, and what they are really buying from you is confidence plus a framework.
What it takes. Years of reading and a method you can explain.
What to charge. $297 to $997.
Income range. $3,000 to $20,000 per launch.
41. Past life regression training
Teaching regression technique. Deep work that attracts committed students and a higher price, but it demands real experience. Do not teach this because it sounds interesting.
What it takes. Advanced practitioner level only.
What to charge. $597 to $1,800.
Income range. $5,000 to $30,000 per cohort.
42. Energy protection training
Grounding, shielding and boundaries for sensitive people. This is one of the most searched problems in the whole space, because every empath hits the same wall at some point and goes looking for help at 2am.
What it takes. A practical method, not theory.
What to charge. $97 to $297.
Income range. $2,000 to $12,000 per launch.
Get the free Spiritual Business Guide
A 39 page PDF with 100 ideas, income ranges and the steps to set your business up, including the digital models that keep earning after you build them.
Courses that teach a skill
Not every course needs to certify someone. Plenty of people want to learn a thing for themselves and have no interest in a credential.
31. Astrology beginner course
Foundational training. Astrology searches stay high all year rather than spiking and dying, so the marketing never goes stale. The hardest part is teaching the basics clearly, because most astrologers forget what confused them at the start.
What to charge. $97 to $297.
Income range. $2,000 to $15,000 a month.
33. Manifestation course
Step by step abundance and mindset training. The emotional demand here is the strongest of anything on this page, because it touches money and love. That also means the market is loud and full of overpromising. Be the one who is specific instead.
What to charge. $97 to $497.
Income range. $2,000 to $30,000 per launch.
38. Breathwork course
Structured breath technique training. Stress relief demand never drops, and breathwork has the advantage of producing a result people feel in the first session.
What it takes. Certification as a facilitator. Breathwork can cause real physical reactions, so train properly first.
What to charge. $147 to $397.
Income range. $2,000 to $12,000 a month.
39. Chakra deep dive course
Seven weeks, one chakra per week. The framework is the marketing. Seven weeks feels finite and complete, which is why completion rates on this format run higher than open ended courses.
What to charge. $127 to $347.
Income range. $2,000 to $15,000 per launch.
40. Angel numbers course
Teaching symbolism and interpretation. Angel numbers get more searches than almost any other spiritual topic, which makes this the easiest course on the page to drive traffic to. If you already write about numbers, you have the audience in hand.
What to charge. $67 to $197.
Income range. $2,000 to $20,000 per launch.
48. Kids mindfulness program
Emotional regulation tools for children, sold to parents or licensed to schools. Parents search for this actively and schools have budgets, which is a rarer combination than it sounds.
What it takes. Background working with children, and in many places a background check.
What to charge. $97 to $297 for parents. Far more for a school license.
Income range. $3,000 to $20,000 per launch.
Coaching and group programs
Half way between sessions and courses. You still show up live, but you serve many people at once and you charge for the transformation rather than the hour.
32. Spiritual life coaching program
An 8 to 12 week structured container with a clear start and end. The reason this prices so much higher than single sessions is that a client can see the whole journey before they commit.
What to charge. $497 to $2,000 per person.
Income range. $3,000 to $20,000 per cohort.
36. Sacred feminine group program
Embodiment and empowerment work in a group. This one lives or dies on your personal story. Women join because of who is holding the circle, not because of the module list.
What to charge. $397 to $1,500.
Income range. $3,000 to $25,000 per launch.
49. Spiritual teacher mentorship
Private one to one mentoring for new healers. The highest trust and the highest price per person. You can only hold a handful at a time, which is exactly why it is worth so much.
What to charge. $500 to $2,000 a month per mentee.
Income range. $5,000 to $30,000 a month.
Memberships and recurring income
The most underrated group on this page. A membership with 80 people at $33 is $2,640 that arrives whether you launch anything or not. Predictable income changes how you make every other decision.
34. Meditation membership
New meditations released every month. Simple to run, simple to explain. The whole job is consistency, and the whole risk is that you get bored before your members do.
What to charge. $12 to $35 a month.
Income range. $2,000 to $15,000 a month.
35. Moon ritual membership
Twice monthly live rituals and guidance. The lunar calendar hands you a content schedule and a reason to show up, for free, forever. That is a real advantage over memberships you have to invent reasons for.
What to charge. $19 to $44 a month.
Income range. $1,500 to $10,000 a month.
43. Spiritual content vault
Monthly templates, captions, scripts and graphics for other healers. You are selling time back to people who would rather be healing than writing captions. Churn is lower here than in consumer memberships because it is a business expense.
What to charge. $27 to $97 a month.
Income range. $2,000 to $15,000 recurring.
47. Guided hypnosis library
A growing collection of transformation audios on subscription. High perceived value because hypnosis sounds specialized, and it genuinely is.
What it takes. Hypnosis training. This is not a modality to improvise.
What to charge. $19 to $49 a month, or $17 to $47 per audio.
Income range. $2,000 to $15,000 a month.
Businesses that serve other healers
Spiritual entrepreneurs pay more than consumers do, because what you sell them is income rather than comfort. These require that you have already built something that worked.
37. Spiritual business mastermind
Helping other healers grow their income. Business guidance commands higher prices than healing does, which is uncomfortable and also true. Only sell this if your own numbers are real.
What to charge. $997 to $5,000 per cohort seat.
Income range. $5,000 to $50,000 per cohort.
44. Course blueprint for healers
Teaching other healers how to build and launch their own online course. There is a long queue of practitioners who want to escape the session ceiling and have no idea where to start.
What it takes. A course of your own that actually sold.
What to charge. $297 to $1,497.
Income range. $5,000 to $40,000 per launch.
45. Licensing your Reiki course
Letting other teachers deliver your curriculum under license. You stop being in the room and the teaching keeps happening. Get the agreement drafted properly, because the thing you are handing over is your reputation.
What to charge. An upfront license fee plus a per student royalty.
Income range. $10,000 to $100,000 a year.
50. Multi level certification path
Beginner through advanced as one connected pathway rather than scattered courses. The reason this matters is lifetime value. A student who takes four levels is worth four times a student who takes one, and the fourth sale costs you nothing to make.
What to charge. Price each level separately, then offer the full path at a discount.
Income range. $10,000 to $100,000 plus a year.
The technical play
46. Spiritual app
A tarot, meditation or affirmation app on subscription. The economics are excellent and the build is not. Unless you can code, you are partnering with a developer or paying one, which means real money before any revenue.
What it takes. A developer partner and patience measured in years.
What to charge. $4.99 to $14.99 a month.
Income range. $2,000 to $50,000 plus a month, entirely dependent on scale.
How to pick and what to build first
Three questions, in this order.
What have you already taught? If you have explained the same thing to ten clients, that is your course. You do not need a new idea. You need to record the one you keep repeating.
Do you want students or members? Courses pay in spikes around launches. Memberships pay the same amount every month and never let you rest. Most people are temperamentally one or the other.
Can you sell it before you build it? Presell to your existing list at a founding price. If nobody buys, you just saved three months of recording. If people buy, you now have both proof and a deadline.
Then do the math. If you want $5,000 a month from a $297 course, that is 17 sales. At a 2 percent conversion rate you need about 850 people to see the offer. That tells you whether your real problem is the course or the audience, and it is almost always the audience. The arithmetic for every model is in how much you can really make with a spiritual business.
Questions about online spiritual businesses
How big does my audience need to be before I launch a course?
Smaller than the internet tells you. An engaged email list of 300 people will often outperform 30,000 passive Instagram followers. What matters is whether they have heard from you consistently and whether they have ever bought anything from you before.
Should my first course be free or paid?
A free Level 1 or beginner course is one of the best list builders there is, and it is how I built most of my own student base. The condition is that you have a paid next step ready. Free with nothing behind it is a hobby.
What platform should I host a course on?
Any of them. The platform is the least important decision you will make and the one people spend the longest on. Pick one with a payment processor built in, launch, then change later if you outgrow it.
How long does it take to build a course?
Four to eight weeks for a first version if you already know the material and you stop trying to make it perfect. Record in one take, edit lightly, and improve it after real students tell you what was unclear.
Can I teach Reiki online if I was attuned in person?
Yes. Distance attunement is accepted across most Reiki lineages and has been for decades. Some traditional lineages disagree, so be clear about your own lineage and training on your sales page and let students choose with full information.
Do I need to certify people, or can I just teach?
You can just teach. Certification raises your price and your responsibility at the same time, because a certificate implies you stand behind that person’s competence. Plenty of successful courses teach a skill and issue nothing.
The short version
Sessions pay you once. A course pays you every time someone finds it.
The move is not to abandon one to one work. It is to record the thing you already say every week, sell it to the people who already trust you, and let it run while you keep healing.
Start with what you have taught the most. Presell it. Build it with people already waiting.
