It can be a powerful tool for seeking more clarity and deeper understanding about yourself and your life. But what is a Soul Circle you may ask?

What is a Soul Circle?

A soul circle is a group of people who come together for the purpose of spiritual growth, self-discovery, and connection. It provides a space for you to be vulnerable, share your personal experiences, and get support from others on your journey of personal development.

One of the principles of a soul circle is the unity of collective consciousness, where the group  can tap into a higher level of understanding and wisdom in a safe  environment. This is achieved through practices such as meditation, journaling, and the sharing of experiences.

Connection & Community

Another important aspect of a soul circle is the focus on connection and community. Participants often form  meaningful bonds with one another, and the group serves as a source of support and encouragement on your spiritual journey.

Blissful Careers Soul Circle Invitation

I am excited to announce that I am now facilitating a monthly soul circle live on Zoom. It will take place each month around the full moon and it is totally free to take part no strings attached. It will also be recorded and sent to you in case you cannot make it.

Here is what you can expect each month:

  • Introduction and grounding exercise (10 minutes): We will begin with a brief introduction and a mindfulness exercise 

  • Check-in (10 minutes): Each member will have the opportunity to share how they are feeling and what’s on their mind. If you do not want to share what is on your mind this is fine too. You can just listen in.

  • Topic of discussion (20 minutes): I will introduce a topic for discussion, such as a healing method, forgiveness, gratitude, or self-compassion, and everyone will have the opportunity to share their thoughts  related to the topic.

  • Practice or activity (15 minutes): We will then engage in a practice for relaxation and healing such as yoga nidra, reiki healing, a  journaling exercise, a visualization exercise, or a group meditation depending on the theme of the week

  • Sharing and reflections (10 minutes): Again everyone will have the opportunity to share any insights or challenges that came up during the practice or activity and reflect on their experience.

  • Closing (5 minutes): I will then guide you through a closing exercise, such as a gratitude  or grounding exercise.

  • Optional: Social time (15 minutes): Everyone can stay for  to connect and chat with each other if they feel like it.
