What is Reiki about?
Alternative medicine has gained a lot of popularity over the last few years since the pandemic, as as a method of promoting healing and holistic wellbeing. In Reiki therapy sessions, the therapist will often focus on specific chakras. On which ones depends on the your issues and requirements. Usually the practitioner will ask you about your conditions and issues in a client intake form before your session. For example, if you are experiencing anxiety, the practitioner may focus on the lower chakras, such as the root chakra or sacral chakra.
